Capture every AI conversation, surface what matters, and inject context into every new session — across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and more.
ConvoFlow silently watches your conversation. When you're done — close the tab or click Save — it captures everything automatically.
The session is summarised in the background using Claude API: topic tag, bullet points, key decisions, open questions — no action needed from you.
View all saved sessions in the Memories tab. Filter by platform, search by keyword, pin to a project, or mark as inactive.
Start a new session, click Insert — ConvoFlow prepends your selected memories as background context. The AI picks up exactly where you left off.
ConvoFlow aggregates your AI sessions, calendar, emails, GitHub, Figma, and Drive into one AI-curated brief. Commit to your focus for the day.
Close any AI tab and ConvoFlow automatically saves the session in the background. No button needed.
Each memory gets a freshness score — 5 is fresh (used within 3 days), 1 is stale (30+ days). Know exactly what to re-surface.
Hit Insert on any memory while on an AI tab — it prepends your context block directly into the chat input.
Connect Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Drive, GitHub, and Figma. ConvoFlow pulls fresh data every morning and AI-ranks urgency.
Pick the memories and signals that matter today. They get pinned as active context — injected automatically into every AI session you start.
See your most recent AI threads to pick up where you left off. Open loops from past sessions are flagged automatically — so nothing falls through.
Before broadcasting, ConvoFlow checks each platform is open and ready to receive input. Not-ready platforms are flagged so you can proceed with the ones that are.
All platforms receive your prompt simultaneously. ConvoFlow cycles through tabs, captures each response, and displays them side by side.
Hit Synthesise to get a single Claude-generated summary of all AI responses. Save it as a single memory card — one card per broadcast, no duplicates.
Define the project name, what you're building, your working style, and this week's goal.
Tag any saved session to a project. All pinned memories become the project's knowledge base.
One button pushes all active project memories into a new chat as a structured context block.
One Google sign-in covers Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. ConvoFlow reads unread emails and today's events — never stores them, just processes them for your brief.
Connects via Microsoft PKCE OAuth — no passwords stored. Works with Outlook.com and Hotmail personal accounts.
GitHub uses Device Flow OAuth — no PAT needed. Figma uses a personal API token. Both show recent activity in the morning brief.
Create reusable prompts with a title, category, and body. Browse them like a library.
Open any AI platform, pick a saved prompt, hit Inject — it goes straight into the input box.
Saved prompts are also available inside the Broadcast panel — pick one to send to all platforms at once.
All memories, prompts, and projects live in chrome.storage.local. Nothing leaves your browser.
Session text is sent to the Claude API to generate summaries — only for summarisation, never stored by ConvoFlow's servers (there are none).
ConvoFlow tracks anonymous event counts (e.g. "session saved") via PostHog. No message content, no URLs, no personal data — ever.
